Orgo Agro Products reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. The customer can cancel his/her order before 7 PM on the previous day, by logging in to the mobile application or by contacting customer support. In case a customer needs a refund, the wallet amount (excluding any cashback benefits till date) is refundable by placing the request to the customer support, by mailing to support@orgodaily.com. The refundable amount is calculated after considering any pending amount from the customer. The amount will be refunded back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
